“3RM Back Squat”

Find your 3RM back squat within 10 min.

Back Squat: The bar must be held in the back rack position (i.e. across the clavicle) throughout the movement. Low bar or high bar back squat is allowed. The athlete’s hips must pass below the tops of the knees at the bottom of the squat. The athlete must complete the squat by fully extending both the knees and hips at the top. An object may not be used at the bottom of the squat to cue depth. The athlete may drop the bar at the top if he/she chooses, but must wait for it to settle before starting the next rep. Dropping the bar before completion of the rep is a no rep.
