On Tuesday October 23rd Reebok CrossFit Ramsay will be hosting our very own intramural open!

We will draft up 3 teams on October 15th with Coach Dylan W. Coach Amber & Coach Dylan K. as our team leaders. Each week we will release a workout on Tuesday night at 6pm and you will have until the following Saturday at 6pm to perform and submit your score just like the CrossFit Open.

Each team member receives a point for completing the workout and submitting a score. If you place in the top 3 in your division you earn 3 points for your team.

THE BASICS

Who: Each WOD will be an individual event and the points you earn will go towards your team
What: 5 WODs over 5 weeks
When: The first WOD will be announced on Tuesday, October 23rd
Where: Reebok CrossFit Ramsay
Cost: $15US + booking fee

All proceeds will go towards the Reebok CrossFit Ramsay Christmas party and there will be great prizes to win from our sponsors.

WOD Standards
Our first WOD will be released on October 23rd with a brief description on how it should be performed, there will be a link with complete standards for both Rx version and scaled version. Each athlete will have a judge counting reps and checking standards of movements.
