A barbell with a traditional size plate (e.g. >= 10lbs) will be used for this movement. The athlete must perform burpees perpendicular to and facing the bar. The chest and thighs must touch the ground. The head may not be above the barbell. The athlete must then jump with two feet over the bar. The landing must also be with two feet. Stepping over or jumping with one foot is not allowed. The next rep begins on the opposite side, facing the barbell.
